Omega Teutonic (German/Swiss Markets) Speedmaster Mark V Bezel.
These bezels had etched markings and the paint is all worn now. so, Ghost Bezel
It does not attract a magnet so not SS either.
It has not been tested for Titanium, though I suspect it is.
