We want to ensure that we have happy and repeat customers and therefore offer our customers an opportunity for a refund or exchange.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase and receipt of the item, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange, unless under warrantee, which is 14 days from the date of purchase for any item we stock.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging, where appropriate.
Is your item is returnable
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, supplied incorrectly or under warrantee (where applicable). If you need to exchange it for another item then it needs to be in original condition as supplied (i.e. original packing and sealed) to allows us to re-sell the item as new.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
New items that are supplied correctly cannot be exchanged if the blister wrapping is broken. e.g. Watch Crystals
Clearance items are not refundable. This is mentioned in the checkout process as well.
What is non-refundable
Your return courier fees in the case of a change of heart.
Any merchant related charges for the credit card transaction. 4% for credit card transactions and a flat fee of R100 other payment methods. We don’t charge a re-stocking fee.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, if we arranged for the return.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Inspection and Validation
Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of refund outcome and solution.
If your return is valid, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days after receiving the item.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account against the method of agreed refund within 5 days
